I am able to offer you low, discounted prices; probably cheaper than you will find elsewhere, please check for yourselves. This is due to the fact that I personally source all of the silver jewellery myself. I aim to deal with the manufacturer direct whenever possible.
I would also like to advise you that many of the pieces on display are 'one off' or limited items. Whenever possible I will obtain popular items again, but please be aware that I may not be able to find items again as designs change rapidly in silver manufacture. You are welcome to e-mail me to check the stock position for any item.
You may cancel and withdraw from your order within 7 days of receiving your goods for any reason. If they are faulty or not as described, please e-mail me as soon as possible. Please return the goods by recorded or registered post only, the refund or exchange will be made once they have been received.
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements.
The SILVER JEWELLERY SALES web sites will contain up to 2000 silver jewellery items at one time. As many items are 'one off' the contents will change regularly as items are sold. The website will be updated as quickly as possible to keep it populated with available stock.
Each item description contains information on materials used , measurements and sometimes weights; these will be as accurate as possible but I must describe them as approximate. Measurements include pendant loops and earring fittings and in the case of adjustable items are always the maximum size.
Please e-mail me if further photos or details of any item are required or regarding the suitability of chains for pendants. Also if you are looking for a particular item and cannot find it on my website do e-mail me as I may have it!
Items will be posted recorded delivery or international recorded delivery as required. Postage is charged as I prefer to keep the cost of the jewellery as low as possible. The postage and packing charged is a contribution rate per package, only 3.00GBP within Europe and 3.90GBP worldwide. Packaging is in simple boxes or pouches as appropriate and posted in padded 'jiffy' bags.
Payment is in advance by Paypal(the most secure method to provide for your peace of mind), sterling cheque (which must be banked and cleared before the order is posted), or by direct payment to the bank account via account transfer( to allow for internet or phone banking)or paid in in person at a branch.
All orders will be posted as soon as possible on receipt of cleared funds.
